Telephone Advice - I had an ongoing problem with my mouse freezing, using Windows XP. I tried the self help check sites on the Internet and this seemed to be a relatively common problem with a variety of suggestions for cures, which none worked. I phoned Will and he gave me the very commonsense advice "Have you tried a different mouse?" He was very professional and said he didn't want me to pay for his call out if all the problem was a replacement mouse. I am pleased to say that this advice seems to be working and so far no more "freezing" problems, but if I get any more home computer issues, I now know where to go!
